Housekeeping Attendant

Historic Saucon Valley Country Club is looking for enthusiastic housekeepers to join our dynamic team. We are looking for dedicated professionals to assist in the maintenance of a treasured, 100 year old club. Our Housekeeping team is responsible for the day to day cleanliness of our public areas, in addition to periodic deep cleaning. Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness standards in public areas
• Assist with periodic deep cleaning projects
• Clean bathrooms by scrubbing basins, bathtubs, shower walls and doors, toilets, and tile floors with proper chemicals when applicable
• Clean windows, mirrors, glass tabletops
• Work in outdoor settings during various weather conditions
• Additional Personal Protective Equipment (face shields, goggles, refillable hand sanitizers, etc.) may be required
• Obtain necessary cleaning supplies from supply room
• Report unusual room conditions or rooms in need of repair
• Answer questions about services and event offerings on property
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Travel around campus making sure all areas are clean

Requirements

Skills

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning or janitorial services (preferred)
• Attention to detail
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies
• Dependable
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Ability to work independently
• High school diploma is a plus but not required
• Driver's License required
• Must work weekends
