Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Atria Senior Living -  - Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff by performing cleaning duties assigned to apartments, interior and exterior common areas and amenities;
Clean public areas and residents apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios and windows, floors, furniture, and common areas;
Perform all housekeeping duties including distributing laundered articles and linens, changing beds, cleaning restrooms, sweeping and polishing floors, dusting and polishing, washing walls and windows;
Perform laundry duties including washing and drying resident laundry and textiles, folding or hanging laundry, distributing laundered articles;
Maintain resident laundry areas and trash/disposal areas; coordinate with maintenance for repairs as needed
