Personal Lines Account Manager

OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage and grow a book of personal lines insurance business, including quoting, binding, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and re-marketing of policies

* Deliver exceptional client service by responding to inquiries, issuing insurance documentation, and supporting claims initiation and follow-up

* Maintain accurate records and compliance with agency/carrier procedures while building strong, long-term client relationships

QUALIFICATIONS

* Prior experience in personal lines insurance account management preferred; active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)

* Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills with a customer-focused approach

* Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $48K to 62K per year.
