Cyber Security Analyst; Security Assurance Configuration Management

Position: Cyber Security Analyst (Security Assurance Configuration Management)
Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Cyber Security Analyst (Security Assurance Configuration Management) for a contract assignment with one of our premier Insurance services clients in Bethlehem, PA.

Responsibilities :

• Support the security assurance/configuration management program
• Work hands-on to develop, adjust, and monitor configuration standards
• Coordinate with platform owners, vendors, and internal teams
• Help migrate cloud monitoring from Prisma Cloud to Tenable
• Re-establish MBS Monitoring across AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle
• Support SSPM expansion: connect SaaS apps, validate integrations, handle CR windows
• Produce metrics, reports, and posture summaries
• Cloud Monitoring Migration
  • Transition from Prisma Cloud to Tenable for AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Oracle environments.
  • Ensure MBS Monitoring is reimplemented across these platforms.
• SSPM Expansion
  • Continue work for SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) expansion planned for next year.
  • Coordinate with Appropriate Teams/Complete Connections with Owners. (

    may require custom connections/working some off hours for change requests)
  • Ensure MBS Monitoring is reimplemented across these platforms.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with cloud security monitoring across AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and/or Oracle Cloud
• Hands-on knowledge of Prisma Cloud and Tenable (migration experience preferred)
• Background in Security Assurance or Configuration Management (standards, drift, exceptions)
• Ability to perform attestations, document exceptions, and produce compliance reports
• Experience implementing or supporting SSPM (SaaS Security Posture Management) integrations
• Familiarity with MBS Monitoring or similar security monitoring frameworks
• Ability to develop and track security metrics, dashboards, and posture reporting
