Extended Stay - - Responsibilities:
Assist guests, respond to guest requests, and resolve issues using the Make it Right process.;
Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures in accordance with guidelines.;
Maintain cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts and handle in-house balance collections.;
Maintain a clean, organized front desk, lobby, and common areas, including breakfast display setup.;
Promote ESA value, upsell inquiries, and ensure compliance with policies and safety; cross-train in housekeeping and laundry as needed.
