Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist with at least 2 years of diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab experience and required certifications.
Responsibilities- Work in a cardiac catheterization laboratory performing diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Cases include cardiac and peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Day shifts are available with options for 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM to accommodate case completion
- Potential to float to additional campuses as needed within the system
- Weekend call coverage is required if there is a vacancy
- Uses Epic for charting
- Technologists are responsible for all cardiac cath lab procedure duties including prep, monitoring, and assisting with interventions
- Scrubs are provided
- A 50-mile radius rule applies for local traveler pay eligibility
- First-time travelers will be considered for this position
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab
- BLS, ACLS, and CCI RCIS certifications are required
- Cardiac electrophysiology (EP) lab experience is a plus
- Experience working with both cardiac and peripheral procedures
- Valid state license or certification required if applicable
