Associate Producer

Position Overview

Green Leaf Productions is seeking a full-time Associate Producer with strong experience in the film or television industry to support the end-to-end production process. The Associate Producer will assist senior producers and directors in both pre-production and on-set execution, coordinate logistics, manage communications, and ensure that creative and operational needs are met throughout every stage of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist producers and directors with project coordination across pre-production, production, and post
• Help manage shoot logistics, including call sheets, crew scheduling, permits, and location coordination
• Support casting, script revisions, wardrobe coordination, and production research
• Communicate with clients, crew, and vendors to ensure alignment and timely deliverables
• Track project timelines and help manage production calendars
• Attend shoots and provide on-set support such as managing releases, taking notes, and helping with crew or client needs
• Organize footage logs, scripts, and production assets for editors and post team
• Support creative development by contributing to treatments, outlines, and pitch decks
• Help ensure projects are on budget and aligned with creative objectives

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a film, TV, or digital production environment
• Solid understanding of production workflows, including scheduling, field operations, and post-production
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting both creative and logistical aspects of production
• Familiarity with production software, scheduling tools, and file management systems
• Basic knowledge of editing platforms (Avid Media Composer, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel to production locations as needed
