  • Conduct property visits and tenancy checks
  • Allocate homes in line with policy
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure legal compliance

This role brings both rewarding and challenging moments. You’ll be helping people at important points in their lives, while also handling complex situations such as arrears, safeguarding concerns and disputes.

Strong judgement, empathy and resilience are essential.

Location & Working Pattern

This role covers Anglesey & Gwynedd and is primarily community-based.

  • You will attend our head office St Asaph Business Park one day per week for team meetings and collaboration.
  • When not visiting residents, you can work flexibly from home or local hot desk locations.
  • During your initial training period, you will spend more time office or hot desk based to support your learning and understanding of systems and processes.

A driving licence and ability to travel across your patch is essential.

About You
  • Is fluent in Welsh
  • Has at least 2 years’ experience in housing management (housing association or public sector preferred)
  • Understands housing legislation, tenancy management and welfare benefits

  • Is comfortable using housing management systems and Microsoft Office
