- Pool Side. The Desk Attendants
- Pool Side assist members and guests in all swimming pool sign-in desk-related areas in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner that maintains high standards of service and hospitality. Congressional Country Club is looking for Team Members who believe the impossible is possible, driven to continuously make a positive impact on the organization, and believe that as a team we accomplish more.

• Welcome all members/guests to the Congressional Aquatic Facility
• Assist members/guests with pool sign-in and use of deck towels
• Verify membership numbers and assist with the sign-in of all guests
• Verify the age of all patrons entering the adult pool deck
• Ensure rules, policies, and procedures of the pool are being followed; enforce, educate, and inform membership/guests as necessary
• Post and file all charges to members  accounts
• Answer the phone within the first three rings using proper telephone etiquette
• Page members, take messages, and answer questions
• Know of daily activities and meetings taking place in the Club
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness within the Sign-In Desk area

• First Aid, CPR/AED Certification, preferred

• This is a Seasonal Position
  - Starting May through September
