Every Mind is hiring a Care Manager / Youth Development Specialist to join our Bridge to Wellness team at Walter Johnson High School. This uniquely blended role is responsible for 20 hours per week of Care Manager duties, and 20 hours per week of Youth Development Specialist duties. As a Care Manager
, you would be responsible for direct case management services within a school and community-based programs designed to integrate a system of resources and services for youth and families and to support them in achieving their goals. As a Youth Development Specialist
, you would be responsible for identifying client needs and providing trauma-informed, culturally relevant, creative, and engaging in-person youth development services to high school-aged youth
/adolescents. These activities are designed to support mental health wellness and provide mentoring, coaching, and advocacy.
