Position Summary:

ANSER is seeking a Security/Counterintelligence Analyst to provide direct support for an Intelligence Community customer. This role will support research security, counterintelligence analysis, and risk mitigation activities. You will provide mid-to-senior level analysis of threats impacting research and development programs and support implementation of security compliance measures. Day to Day Responsibilities:
* Analyze threat reporting and counterintelligence information impacting research programs.
* Support development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
* Review research activities to identify security compliance requirements.
* Coordinate with program teams to ensure adherence to Intelligence Community security policies.
* Support preparation of risk documentation and security assessments.
* Monitor research efforts for potential counterintelligence vulnerabilities.
* Prepare briefings and written reports for Government leadership.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree.
* Minimum 5 years of experience supporting counterintelligence, security analysis, or research protection programs.
* Demonstrated experience conducting threat assessments.
* Demonstrated experience supporting risk mitigation and security compliance activities.
* Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance with polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience supporting research and development programs.
* Experience applying counterintelligence principles within the Intelligence Community.
* Experience supporting a demanding, fast-paced customer environment requiring flexibility, professionalism, and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
