PositionSummary
ANSER is seeking a Security/Counterintelligence Analyst to provide direct support for an Intelligence Community customer. This role will support research security, counterintelligence analysis, and risk mitigation activities. You will provide mid-to-senior level analysis of threats impacting research and development programs and support implementation of security compliance measures.
Day to Day Responsibilities- Analyze threat reporting and counterintelligence information impacting research programs.
- Support development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
- Review research activities to identify security compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with program teams to ensure adherence to Intelligence Community security policies.
- Support preparation of risk documentation and security assessments.
- Monitor research efforts for potential counterintelligence vulnerabilities.
- Prepare briefings and written reports for Government leadership.
- Bachelors degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting counterintelligence, security analysis, or research protection programs.
- Demonstrated experience conducting threat assessments.
- Demonstrated experience supporting risk mitigation and security compliance activities.
- Experience supporting research and development programs.
- Experience applying counterintelligence principles within the Intelligence Community.
- Experience supporting a demanding, fast-paced customer environment requiring flexibility, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
