Security Officer

We are looking for a Security Officer to perform security duties as outlined by contract and site‑specific post orders.

Responsibilities include:

• Access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Enforcement of client and company policies and procedures.
• Observation and reporting of security and safety hazards.
• Routine foot patrols in and around the building.
• Reporting of incidents to operations manager and other relevant stakeholders.
• Interaction with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public.
• Other duties as assigned.

The position requires working in varying temperatures, standing for prolonged periods, walking, bending, lifting, and sometimes sitting in front of a computer.

• At least 21 years old.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Minimum one year of verifiable work experience. One year of military, concierge, or an AA or BA in a related field will also be considered.
