Job Description

Weight Not is seeking professional, energetic Sales Advisors with a passion for health, nutrition, fitness and wellness to support its nationwide expansion. The position will be based in the Weight Not headquarters office in Bethesda, MD.
Primary

Duties Include:

  • Provide information and counseling to Prospective Members through phone consultations and online presentations.
  • Determine customer needs and expectations in order to recommend program options.
  • Screen Prospective Members to ensure their eligibility for the program
  • Engage and enroll qualified individuals as Members after fully understanding their needs and matching those needs to the most suitable Weight Not program options.
  • Accurately process customer transactions, orders, and quotes.
  • Make outbound phone calls to prospective and current Weight Not members to initiate and follow up on consultations.
Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years inside sales or customer service experience. Experience in nutrition, fitness and/or wellness industries a plus.
  • Possess the core competencies and behaviors of an inside sales and client representative, including: understanding customer needs, closing sales and maintaining customer relationships, and leveraging client needs into sales.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to establish rapport and communicate empathetically.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, who can also work independently and set own priorities and tasks.
