Secrète Fine Jewelry is a family-owned boutique specializing in custom jewelry design and fine jewelry. We are seeking a sales-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized associate to join our Bethesda team. This role blends client-focused sales with repair coordination and administrative responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys a balance of creativity and structure in a boutique setting.

• Jewelry or luxury retail experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
• Weekend availability is required.

• Deliver exceptional service to clients—guiding them through both custom jewelry design and in-store purchases.
• Manage repair intake and pickups, accurately recording details and coordinating with the jeweler.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining repair logs, following up on orders, and updating client information.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through thoughtful communication and follow-up.
• Maintain a well-presented boutique, ensuring showcases and displays reflect our aesthetic and inventory is organized.
• Support general day-to-day operations, including answering phones, managing paperwork, and assisting team members as needed.
