The Associate I - Cafeteria reports to the Cash Operations Manager and/or Director, Food Services. The Associate I is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers while ensuring a clean, fast and friendly cafe environment. Duties may include running a register, ensuring food items are stocked, food preparation and set-up. Limited food service tasks may be assigned as needed.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service in a cafeteria environment.
- Operate a cash register and handle transactions as required.
- Stock and replenish food items; assist with food preparation and setup as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the cafe area.
Requires ability to read and comprehend a 9th grade reading level in English.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- Requires dependability and reliability.
- Ability to lift and pull heavy objects.
Evening (PRN) 8 hours weekly. Weekends Required.

SalarySalary Range: Minimum /hour - Maximum /hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
