- Empowered to solve member complaints as soon as they occur proceeded by advising supervisor of any complaints
- Keeps tables, dining room and server stations clean and tidy
- Able to think on your feet and react to situations in positive manner with tact, creativity and integrity
- Work in a team environment
- Minimum of 2 years of food service experience
- Background in customer service
- Ability to foresee customer needs
