Server Assistants play a key role in supporting our service team and ensuring Members and guests enjoy a seamless, welcoming dining experience.

• Support servers in delivering attentive food and beverage service to Members and guests
• Promptly clear, reset, and prepare tables for service
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including tables, chairs, and floors
• Sweep under tables as part of the table-resetting process
• Polish silverware to service-ready standards
• Serve bread and butter to tables
• Pour water upon seating and refresh throughout the meal
• Assist servers and teammates as needed to keep service running smoothly
