Congressional Country Club is seeking motivated Seasonal Greenskeeper I Team Members to join our Golf Courses and Grounds Team. This is your opportunity to contribute to the pristine upkeep of two championship golf courses and the surrounding clubhouse grounds.

The PGA of America has entrusted the Congressional Country Club with hosting eight prestigious championships and events over the next two decades, including:

• 2027 KPMG Women s PGA Championship
• 2029 PGA Professional Championship
• 2031 PGA Championship
• 2033 Kitchen Aid Senior PGA Championship
• 2037 Ryder Cup

This is your chance to be part of an exciting journey at one of the nation s top-ranked country clubs.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance facility.
• Clean and refuel machinery after each use.
• Inspect equipment before, during, and after use, reporting any issues to the Equipment Technician or Manager.
• Follow landscaping designs to lay sod, sow grass, or plant flowers and foliage.
• Plant seeds, bulbs, ground covers, trees, or shrubs, applying mulch as needed.
• Spread topsoil or straw over seeded areas to ensure soil stability.
• Use hand tools (e.g., shovels, rakes, trimmers) to perform tasks like walk-mowing greens, tees, approaches, and collars, line trimming, ball mark repair, and divot filling.

• Monday to Friday: 6:00 a.m.
  
  - 3:00 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday: 6:00 a.m.
  
  - 10:00 a.m.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
