Join our team at Nest & Care as a Registered Nurse (RN) – Onboarding & Training Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in preparing caregivers to deliver safe, compassionate, and high‑quality care.

• Lead engaging onboarding sessions for newly hired caregivers
• Provide hands‑on training, guidance, and ongoing support
• Educate caregivers on care standards, policies, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for caregivers

• Every Tuesday only
• 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• In‑person at our Bethesda office

• Active RN license
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching, coaching, and leadership
• Experience in home care or caregiver training a plus

• Meaningful role with a direct impact on quality of care

• Consistent, predictable schedule
