Position SummaryWe are seeking a qualified and experienced Program Manager to oversee a Background Investigative Services contract. The PM provides leadership, oversight, coordination, and issue resolution across all aspects of contract performance and ensures continuous communication and responsiveness to the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary and central point of contact for the Government on all program-wide technical, operational, and administrative issues
- Maintain continuous availability to communicate directly with the CO and COR regarding performance of the PWS, BPA, and associated Call/Task Orders
- Exercise sufficient corporate authority to direct, execute, control, and oversee all work performed under the contract
- Represent the contractor at all post-award meetings, briefings, and reviews with customer stakeholders
- Provide overall coordination, leadership, and implementation of contract requirements across investigative operations, staffing, quality, and compliance
- Assume responsibility for issue identification, escalation, and resolution, ensuring timely corrective actions and Government notification when required
- Deliver comprehensive program management and administrative support, including reporting, documentation, performance tracking, and Government deliverables
- Analyze complex operational or performance issues by identifying significant factors, gathering relevant data, and developing effective solutions
- Plan, organize, and prioritize work to ensure contract milestones, production targets, and service levels are met
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with Government officials, corporate leadership, subcontractors, and investigative staff
Education and Experience:
Candidates must meet one (1) of the following options.
Experience (Minimum):
- At least seven (7) years of combined personnel security and investigative experience at the state or federal level; and
- At least seven (7) years of program management experience demonstrating the ability to direct, execute, and control the performance of all work under a federal BPA or similar contract vehicle
Education (Minimum):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Experience (Minimum):
- At least fourteen (14) years of combined personnel security and investigative experience at the state or federal level; and
