Senior Manager, Finance & Contracts - Hybrid - Bethesda

Job Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence and Continuous improvement: drive operational excellence among the F&C groups, manage team operations, identify and solve existing issues, promote high performance and continuous improvement, work with Accounting, FP&A and Contracts leadership to recommend process improvements, provide direct support to implement recommendations, drive development and implementation of policies and procedures in F&C and the wider organization.

• Strategic Initiatives and Project Management: contribute to the development of F&C's strategic goals and objectives, manage the design and execution of F&C-wide or cross‑functional projects and programs, connect and link teams and processes to ensure consistency, assist with and ensure the completion of other special projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of progressive experience in Finance and/or Accounting, including leadership roles across a diverse range of industries.

• Demonstrated effective leadership, communication, project management and problem‑solving skills.

• Experience handling sensitive and confidential material.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher training and experience.

• Experience with outsourced service providers including transitions.

• Experience in Fortune 100 companies.

• Demonstrated relationship management and influencing skills.
