This is a part-time, on-site role for a Housekeeper, based in Bethesda, MD. Responsibilities include performing a wide variety of cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain a clean and organized environment. Additional duties may involve laundry services, restocking supplies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistently high standards of work. Housekeepers are expected to follow detailed cleaning protocols and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

Communication with team members and clients will be an essential part of the role.

• Proficiency in performing housekeeping tasks, including laundry and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and a willingness to participate in training for consistent service quality.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving objects, and standing for extended periods.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or related roles is a plus.
• Flexibility to adjust to varying client needs and schedules.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
