As a data scientist on our team, you'll use your analytical skills to help create real-world impact. You'll work closely with clients to understand their questions and needs, and then dig into their data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle.

You Have:
  • 1+ years of experience leveraging scripting or statistical programming languages such as Python to develop predictive data models, quantitative analyses, and data visualizations
  • 1+ years of experience in AI, including machine learning, Agentic AI, Generative AI, or Natural Language Processing
  • Experience writing efficient, clean, and maintainable code using programming languages such as Python
  • Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis, data preprocessing techniques, and feature engineering
  • Ability to take poorly defined problems and convert them into questions for which practical quantitative solutions can be defined
  • Ability to work with large, remote data sets
  • Ability to employ best practices in software development, including using Git for version control and collaboration with other developers, and testing and code reviews to ensure the quality and reliability of AI solutions
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a STEM field by Spring 2026
Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with healthcare or medical device industry data
  • Experience using query tools, such as SQL or Spark
  • Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Salesforce Cloud services
  • Experience with Scikit-Learn, Tensor Flow, or Py Torch
  • Experience with program automation, CI and CD, Dev Sec Ops , and Agile
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with geospatial data analysis, including ArcGIS
