We are seeking a skilled Service Now Developer to join our team in Bethesda, MD. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in Service Now development and be able to design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions that meet business requirements.

• Design, develop, and configure Service Now applications and modules.
• Customize Service Now workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
• Integrate Service Now with external systems and third‑party applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of Service Now applications.
• Maintain and enhance existing Service Now solutions to improve performance and user experience.
• Document development processes, configurations, and customizations.

• Proven experience in Service Now development.
• Strong knowledge of Service Now platform capabilities and architecture.
• Ability to develop custom applications and automate workflows within Service Now.
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, or other Service Now modules is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Quick learner for new technologies with ability to learn Python

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Relevant Service Now certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Service Now development or related roles.
