We are seeking an experienced Case Manager II to support FOIA document review and eDiscovery operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Relativity / Relativity One , FOIA workflows, legal discovery processes, and analytics-driven document review.

This role supports FOI review teams by managing review setup, executing complex searches, monitoring workflows, and ensuring high-quality dataset reviews in a government environment.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Relativity or Relativity One
    • Complex search construction
    • Batching and QC workflow creation
    • Reporting and analytics
  • Experience consulting on search term formatting for data collection and culling
  • Proven FOIA Document Review experience
  • Certification in Relativity or Relativity One (Review Specialist preferred)
Preferred Skills
  • Relativity Review Certification
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview search syntax
Key Responsibilities
  • Support FOIA review teams by tracking requests and managing responses
  • Assist in setting up reviews in Relativity One Gov
  • Create and optimize search strategies and workflows
  • Review datasets for quality, accuracy, and compliance
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for FOIA eDiscovery efforts
  • Coordinate eDiscovery lifecycle activities including data collection, processing, production, and review
  • Provide expert consultation to legal teams on discovery technology, early case assessment, and review efficiency
  • Ensure standardized eDiscovery procedures are followed across all matters
  • Track progress, coordinate team efforts, and deliver status reports and metrics throughout project phases

  • Experience working in government or regulated environments
  • Able to manage multiple discovery matters and meet strict deadlines
