Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES The Dev Sec Ops Engineer will automate and secure CI/CD pipelines supporting ODNI's agile mission delivery. Core responsibilities include:
* Build and maintain Dev Sec Ops pipelines using Git Lab CI, Jenkins, Sonar Qube, and container registries.
* Implement compliance-as-code and security automation for RMF/ATO processes.
* Develop scripts and automation for patching, provisioning, and scanning across cloud and on-prem systems.
* Collaborate with mission teams to enable infrastructure versioning and policy enforcement.
* Drive shift-left testing, vulnerability remediation, and deployment automation across ODNI enclaves. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
* 5+ years of experience implementing CI/CD and Dev Sec Ops workflows.
* Experience with Git Lab, Jenkins, Python/Bash scripting, and containerization (Docker/K8s).
* Familiarity with NIST 800-53, STIGs, SCAP, and RMF.
* Experience delivering automation in a classified or restricted environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Master's degree in cybersecurity, engineering, or IT automation.
* Experience implementing Continuous ATO or automated compliance validation.
* Familiarity with AWS/Azure Dev Ops in Gov Cloud or C2S.
* Certifications such as AWS Dev Ops Engineer or DoD 8570 IAT Level II.
