Experience:
7-9 years full systems life cycle experience. Deep technical knowledge.Subject matter expertise in areas:
Reservations (Transactions), Web Analytics (Ecommerce transactions), and Sales (Account Tracking, Travel Agent Commissions transactions).Experience of working directly with the business leads especially in the area of minor enhancements or data issue resolution.Experience of supporting multiple technologies in the MRDW framework.Participates/leads requirements gatheringDevelops and manages respective aspects of a project plan with minimal assistance, including schedules, deliverables, and appropriate metrics.Plans and coordinates complex implementation overseeing quality control of systems functional design, usability, functionality, and implementation.Coordinates with quality assurance, shares services, and vendor relations teamsMay manage consulting resourcesProvides consultation for routine and complex systems developmentMakes short term plans for the team to effectively utilize resourcesManages customer satisfaction process taking accountability for addressing concernsProvides accurate estimates of work effortsFunctions as a technical resource for other team membersTrains and/or mentors other team members, and peers as appropriateExcellent problem solving and analysis skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent presentation skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Additional Information
