BT-198 – Information Assurance

Applicants must possess or be able to acquire a TS/SCI Polygraph security clearance. The position is located in Bethesda, MD and requires full on-site presence; no remote option.

Exciting opening for an Information Assurance SME to support a large customer organization in the fast-growing Analysis Solutions Business Area.

• Respond to congressional inquiries on Cybersecurity issues; translate cybersecurity needs and capabilities into requirements and detailed technical solutions; develop and maintain a list of Cybersecurity Architecture needs, dependencies, risks, mitigation plans; analyze cybersecurity best practices to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute meaningful input to Cybersecurity policies and influence the trajectory of ICAM in the IC; develop and publish baseline security requirements for common enterprise services to ensure compliance with cybersecurity directives and policies; conduct critical path analysis, risk analysis, and task dependency analysis; develop security requirements and constraints for foundational technical documents, including program architectural artifacts, business cases, and concept of operations.
• Document architectural rules for ICAM.
• Diagram interim and future architecture for ICAM implementation.
• Define and communicate ICAM integration expectations for all ITE services.
• Create an ICAM playbook.

• Bachelor’s degree and 12-15 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity responsibility areas listed above.
• Secure cloud architecture expertise.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, consistently providing high-quality, concise, thorough, accurate products.
• Ability to adapt in response to shifts in customer priorities.
• Expert knowledge in Identity, Authentication and Authorization.
• Experience partnering across the IC.
