Admiral Security Services – Bethesda, MD

Compensation: $28.84 per hour (Full‑time, Monday – Friday 0900‑1700)

• Work with managers to fill vacancies as they occur and maintain vacancy tracking logs.
• Assure vacancies are closed quickly (not to exceed a 30‑day period).
• Meet all established recruitment goals for the quarter/year.
• Screen applicants and manage pre‑employment processing for candidates; administer assessment tests as needed.
• Work with operations managers on recruitment plan for new contracts.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Post openings on professional organizations and other appropriate venues.
• Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
• Create and maintain a monthly recruitment calendar outlining external and internal recruitment fairs/interviews.
• Partner with the Administrative Assistant to complete new hire and employment paperwork (e.g., hiring sheets, transfers in BOETA, status changes).
• Ensure all aspects of onboarding are completed prior to new hires beginning to train.
• Responsible for all aspects of licensing.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma; at least 3 years of experience recruiting in a high‑volume workplace.
• Very organized with superior attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMs preferred).
• Excellent customer service skills.
