Overview
Specialty Center of Mid-Atlantic and Advanced Surgery Center of Bethesda is Hiring a Regional Clinical Manager. The Regional Clinical Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the operating room and implements process initiatives to improve the efficiency of services and patient experience.
The Regional Clinical Manager will report to the Administrator and will collaborate with them to promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance. The Regional Clinical Manager will oversee staff credentialing, preventative safety measures, risk management duties, and use their clinical and leadership experience to enhance patient care and improve clinical outcomes. They must have pre- and post-op surgical experience.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations of the operating room and implement process initiatives to improve efficiency and patient experience.
- Report to the Administrator and collaborate to promote fiscal accountability.
- Develop and revise policies and evaluate staff performance.
- Oversee staff credentialing, preventative safety measures, and risk management duties.
- Apply clinical and leadership experience to enhance patient care and improve clinical outcomes.
- Ensure pre- and post-operative surgical processes are properly executed.
- Current Maryland RN license REQUIRED
- Proven experience as a clinical manager or other managerial position
- Experience in an ambulatory surgery center is ideal
- Operating room RN experience required
- PACU experience preferred
- Experience in clinical supervision and program management
- Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation procedures

Salary Range: $51.00 to $65.00 (based on experience)
