We are seeking a Clinical Manager to help us get ready for accreditation and to grow the company. The ideal candidate will have worked for several years as a Clinical Manager for a home care or home health agency. This role is crucial in ensuring that our agency runs smoothly, meets Joint Commission standards for a skilled home care agency, and provides high-quality patient care.

The Clinical Manager will work closely with medical staff, administrative personnel, and patients to create an effective home care/home health organization.

We operate 24/7. Therefore, availability at odd hours is necessary.

• Manage the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, orientation, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and improve patient care.
• Ensure the clinic meets Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) home care standards.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to coordinate patient care and improve service delivery.
• Address patient concerns and feedback to enhance satisfaction and quality of service.
• Help maintain accurate records and reports related to clinic operations, staffing, and patient care.

• Proven experience in home care/home health management.
• Strong knowledge of Joint Commission standards for home care is necessary.
• Experience with Wellsky as an EMR.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions that benefit agency operations.

• Required:
  
  Licensed Practical Nurse in Maryland or a compact state.
• Preferred:
  Licensed Practical Nurse in Maryland, Virginia or DC.
• Preferred:
  Licensed Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience as a Clinical Manager in a home care/home health environment.
