Registered Behavior Technician – RBT
National Therapy Center is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide evening ABA therapy (3pm-7pm) on weekdays.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy during evening hours.
- Accurately document client progress and maintain clinical documentation within 48 hours of each session.
- Ensure all client information is secure and HIPAA‑compliant.
- Collaborate closely with families and BCBAs to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in continuous training and supervision to grow in your role.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA or a related field.
- Availability during after‑school hours (3pm-7pm).
- Reliable transportation to ensure on‑time client sessions.
- $25-$30 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- Supportive team led by experienced BCBAs.
- Flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle.
