National Therapy Center is hiring RBTs to join our ABA team in Washington, DC. This part‑time role is ideal for skilled and compassionate professionals ready to make a lasting impact in the lives of children and families through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. It requires a combination of day and evening shifts. You will be expected to maintain a minimum of 10 billable client hours per week, providing therapy in both home and clinic environments.

You must hold an active RBT certification at the time of hire.

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy during day and evening shifts in home and clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) following protocols outlined by the supervising BCBA.
• Document and submit session notes and data logs within 24 hours of service.
• Collect and report data, communicating progress to the supervising BCBA.
• Participate in supervision and training to meet BACB standards.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to support consistent and effective care.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies.

• Active RBT certification listed in the BACB registry at time of hire.
• Minimum of one year of experience in ABA therapy or a related behavioral health field.
• CPR and first aid certification (must be current).
• Availability for both daytime and evening shifts.
• Reliable transportation to commute to assigned client sites.
• Ability to consistently maintain 10 billable hours per week.

• $27.00 – $30.00 per hour based on experience and availability.
