The Person al Care Aide is responsible for providing hands-on physical and emotional care to residents as outlined in the service plan. Responsibilities include completing daily housekeeping and laundry tasks, supporting residents during meals and activities, and communicating effectively with residents and their families. The role also involves notifying supervisors of any changes in residents' conditions and contributing to the facility's marketing efforts.

• Assist residents with care needs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with meal preparation, serving, and cleanup.
• Respond to help calls and take appropriate actions.
• Document and communicate resident information to supervisors.
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents.
• Perform general housekeeping duties around the facility.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Responsible decision-making skills, acting in residents' best interests.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old or work under the supervision of someone who is.

• Current vaccinations including COVID-19 and CDC-recommended booster doses.
