Interventional Radiologic Technologist (Full‑Time)
Location: Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Bethesda, MD
Setting: Primary Care Services for Active‑Duty Service Members

USGP is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiologic Technologist to support active‑duty service members in a dynamic, mission‑driven healthcare environment.
Compensation & Benefits- Hourly Rate: $58.71/hour + Health and Welfare Stipend
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- On‑Call Pay: $12.00/hour (rotating schedule)
- Call‑Back Pay: Time and a half
- Full Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k)
- Paid Time Off and Sick Leave Available
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Interventional Radiology Technologist program (JRCERT)
- Certification: Current Certificate in Vascular‑Interventional Radiology (VI)

Certifications:
Valid BLS (American Heart Association preferred) - Experience: Minimum 2 years of post‑graduate experience in interventional radiology
- Hepatitis B (series and titer)
- Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis)
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
- Varicella (Chickenpox)
- TB (Tuberculosis) test
- Seasonal Influenza (flu) vaccine
- COVID‑19 vaccine (if applicable)
- Operate and maintain interventional radiology equipment and ensure proper use in collaboration with radiologists and medical staff.
- Prepare patients for procedures and educate them and their families on pre‑ and post‑care expectations.
- Perform a range of diagnostic and therapeutic interventional procedures in accordance with clinical guidelines and safety protocols.
- Ensure age‑appropriate care is provided, adjusting communication and procedural support as needed for pediatric through geriatric patients.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with quality assurance initiatives and patient safety standards.
