Why CCG

At CCG, we are intentional about who we serve and how we serve them. Our brand promises guide everything we do:

  • We match clients with the right therapist, every time
  • We only provide treatment in areas of true clinical expertise
  • We deliver customized, evidence‑based therapy that supports real progress
The Role

This is a full‑time clinical position (25–30 clients per week) ideal for clinicians who value depth over volume and are passionate about working within a specialized, evidence‑based framework.

We are particularly interested in clinicians who:

  • Have a specialty or strong interest in modalities such as DBT, EMDR, and/or Gottman‑informed therapy
  • Enjoy working with couples, or are interested in expanding their couples work
  • Bring strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and personal effectiveness to their work
  • Either have existing advanced training or are motivated to pursue additional specialization
What You’ll Do
  • Provide high‑quality outpatient therapy aligned with your clinical interests and expertise
  • Work collaboratively with a seasoned multidisciplinary team
  • Participate in a culture that values consultation, growth, and ethical excellence
  • Practice within a model that prioritizes clinical integrity, not overbooking or burnout
What We Offer
  • Flexible scheduling with autonomy over your caseload
  • Opportunities to work with individuals, couples, families, children/adolescents, and groups, based on your interests
  • Competitive compensation, with health benefits and 401(k) options for employees
  • Robust administrative support (marketing, billing, scheduling, intake coordination) so you can focus on clinical work
  • Comfortable, furnished office space and/or the option for remote work
  • A supportive, collegial environment with experienced clinicians who value collaboration
  • Ongoing training, consultation, and ethical/legal support
  • Clinical support and supervision as needed
Our Culture

CCG clinicians value:

  • Clinical excellence and evidence‑based care
  • Specialization and continued learning
  • Community, connection, and mutual respect
  • A growth mindset grounded in integrity and compassion

We take our work seriously—and we believe therapy teams can be both highly professional and deeply human.
