• CNA and CMTs with at least one year of caregiving experience working in agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, etc.
• Caregivers with no attendance issues
• Caregivers who believe they can make a difference in the lives of their clients
• Perform personal and companion care, including assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Read the client’s care plan and assessments and provide consistent quality care based on the care plan for each client
• Adhere to all company policies, including dress code, time off, and call-out procedures
• Clock in and out of every shift on the appropriate systems associated with the client(s) you are servicing
• Observe clients for changes in behavior or health and notify the appropriate Nest & Care personnel if necessary
