DSP, Community Living Services/Residential (Saturday/Sunday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm - Dedicated Support)
Ardmore Enterprises is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our Community Living Services/Residential team. This part‑time role will provide dedicated support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities during Saturday and Sunday evenings.

Responsibilities- Support individuals in achieving personal goals with a person‑centered focus.
- Teach independent living and daily skills, including grooming and personal care routines.
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in social activities and frequent community outings.
- Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and food shopping.
- Graduated from high school and a transitioning adult.
- Active and enjoys community engagement.
- Open to new interests and learning.
- Basic sign language skills.
- Family‑oriented and positive.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills with the individuals served.
- Experience in a residential setting with intellectual/developmental disabilities or other special‑needs populations.
