• CNA and CMT with at least one (1) year of caregiving experience in agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, etc.
• No attendance issues.
• Availability to work on weekends.
• Must be able to drive.
• Commitment to making a difference in clients’ lives.
• Perform personal and companion care: bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene.
• Read client care plans and assessments; provide consistent, quality care based on the plan.
• Adhere to all company policies, including dress code, time off, call‑out, etc.
• Clock in and out on the appropriate systems for each shift.
• Observe and report changes in client behavior or health to the appropriate personnel.
