Provides direct clinical care with specific program development, participates as a member in the interdisciplinary patient care program, maintains updated therapy techniques, and provides in-services to health care personnel within Johns Hopkins Potomac Home Health Care regarding current and acceptable therapy techniques. Under the general direction of a clinical manager, responds to physician’s plan of treatment by evaluating patient’s needs and planning and implementing a treatment program to facilitate the patient’s physical and mental functioning or adjustment to handicap/disability limitations.

Engage in direct clinical care and program development as part of an interdisciplinary team; maintain up-to-date therapy techniques; provide in-services to healthcare personnel; implement treatment plans to support patient goals and functional outcomes.

• B.S., M.S., or OTD in Occupational Therapy
• Current MD and/or DC Occupational Therapy License
• Active CPR
• One year of clinical experience; acute/subacute/home health preferred

Salary Range: Minimum 30.62/hour - Maximum 55.56/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
