Responsibilities- Accurately apply lockbox deposits, live checks, credit cards, wire transfers, ACH payments and payments to all invoices listed on customers’ remittances and properly chargeback deductions in a timely manner; this includes pulling and attaching backup for deductions.
- Process credit memos and apply heavy cash application accurately and within established timelines.
- Take charge of loading deposits and manipulating data for account management.
- Manually post or upload payments - must possess technical skills - Intermediate to Advanced Excel
- Responsible for performing all required cash reconciliations daily and at month end.
- Work collaboratively with other internal team members to identify, address, and resolve items from potentially disparate pieces of the company’s financial interests.
- Assists with special projects and compiles reports.
- Prior cash application or equivalent experience
- Appropriate knowledge of Excel, MS Word and Windows based products skills
- Must be able to effectively organize and prioritize activities
- Ability to research and make corrections as necessary
- Must have excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

- Experience level: 1-2 years preferred
