Navy BUMED - Financial Analyst Mid Level; Bethesda

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development, coordination, and consolidation of the annual budget submission. The Analyst will monitor budget execution data to identify spending patterns and assess performance against established milestones. Additionally, the Analyst will assist in the development and oversight of support agreements to facilitate coordination with trading partners. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, resolve issues efficiently, and possess strong customer interface skills.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline
• Government, AGA, or ASMC certification and active involvement
• Familiarity with DoD PPBES framework
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Strong data analytics skills, with the ability to identify trends and variances
• Experience in tracking and reporting commitments, obligations, and expenditures
• Prior experience with Navy ERP and G-Invoicing systems
• Experience working at BUMED or within a DoD healthcare business office
