Client Services Representative

Our team is partnering with a well-established investment advisory firm to hire a Financial Operations Specialist
. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and eager to support both operational excellence and a high-touch client experience.

• Serve as a liaison between clients, advisors, and custodians to support account servicing
• Coordinate client meetings, internal briefings, and team schedules
• Prepare and process new account paperwork, transfers, and money movement (wires, ACH, checks)
• Track and follow up on client service requests
• Support onboarding, reporting, and ongoing account maintenance
• Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Maintain and update CRM and portfolio management systems
• Partner with compliance/operations to ensure regulatory adherence
• Assist with internal audits and regulatory documentation
• Contribute to special projects and process improvements
• Provide backup support to front office and administrative functions

• Associate’s degree required;
  Bachelor’s preferred (Finance, Business, or related field)
• 3+ years in financial services, wealth management, or investment operations
• Strong understanding of financial instruments and account structures
• Experience with CRM, portfolio management, or trading platforms
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities with accuracy
• Professional, client‑first mindset with strong analytical skills
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience (Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr)
