We are working with a Real estate developer that is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience. Please apply if this role interests you, the client is looking to move quickly!
Responsibilities- Research and analyze local ordinances, zoning requirements, mapping, topographical data, soil conditions, utility availability/capacity, and municipal review procedures to support site development activities.
- Manage site plan design, entitlement, approval, and permitting processes in coordination with civil, landscape, utility, traffic, environmental, and geotechnical engineering consultants.
- Prepare, submit, and track site engineering plans and applications with utility providers, ensuring all required documentation is complete and approvals are obtained in a timely manner.
- Oversee utility infrastructure and relocation design efforts, coordinating with power, telecommunications, gas providers, and utility design consultants to ensure service delivery aligns with project schedules.
- Secure municipal approvals and permits for stormwater, sanitary sewer, water systems, demolition activities, site walls, specialty structures, traffic control measures, and roadway improvements.
- Deliver complete bid packages and construction document (CD) sets to internal construction and procurement teams.
- Support budgeting, tracking, and cost control of engineering consultants through the entitlement and permitting phases.
