Technical Expert/Functional Expert (Server)

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Technical Expert/Functional Expert (Server) to join our team. The role involves infrastructure server and sustainment services for Government HPC sustainment capabilities across two sites, including integration and management of Exceptionally Controlled Information (ECI) data systems. Server Ops team members and Government monitoring services collaborate to monitor and report issues.

• Provide Tier 0-4 support to server team at three site locations, plus design and architecture support.
• Install, configure, tune, and support servers running Sparc Solaris, SolarisX
  64, Red Hat, Suse with direct attached and FC SAN storage.
• Maintain client‑server technology utilizing NFS and CIFS, large memory SMP systems, enterprise client configurations, and multi‑vendor file systems such as XFS, GPFS, VXFS.
• Manage blade systems and interconnects (SAD, FC, TCP/IP, etc.), Red Hat and Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Exchange, Centrify, and infrastructure support services (DNS, NIS, Active Directory, Zenoss, Site Scope, HP Open View, HPSA, HPSE, Splunk, Sendmail, Net Qos, Infoblox).
• Support thin client solutions based on virtual bridges and Citrix, No

• Meet with vendors to discuss new technologies, architect integration, and provide support through design phases including evaluation, government approval, and integration planning.

• 10 years’ experience in large, complex IT environments with functional expertise and related degree, or 15 years’ experience in lieu of degree.
• DoD 8570 IAT II level certification required.
• Proficiency with the technologies listed in responsibilities.
