** Position Summary
** Holton-Arms School is seeking a
** Head Varsity Volleyball Coach
** for the Fall 2026 season. The season runs from August 18 through the first week in November. The Head Varsity Volleyball Coach will be responsible for overseeing the entire volleyball program and will have the opportunity to work alongside a strong assistant coaching staff, leading a talented group of student-athletes in one of the most competitive leagues in the DC Metro area.
** Responsibilities
* ** Lead and develop the volleyball program in alignment with the school’s mission. Foster a positive, growth-minded, and team-oriented culture.
* Emphasize fundamentals, teamwork, sportsmanship, and community-building.
* Maintain schedule flexibility for after-school practices and games.
** Qualifications
* ** Previous playing and/or volleyball coaching experience preferred.
* A strong commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the court.
* High character, leadership skills, and the ability to uphold Holton-Arms School’s values.
* A background check is required.

** Compensation and Benefits
** The stipend for this position starts at $6,000 for the season.  Benefits are not available for this part-time position.
