• Technology-Driven Efficiency: Our office is currently implementing AI Scribing to streamline documentation. You will be supported by a dedicated team with a target 1:1 MA-to-provider ratio .
• Mentorship & Growth: New graduates are welcome! We offer direct mentorship under senior physicians and are looking for an assertive "team player" ready to grow with the practice.
• Path to Partnership: We are seeking a long-term colleague. A clear path to partnership and ownership is available for discussion after 23 years, including opportunities for ancillary income.

• BC/BE in Pediatrics is required.
