A summer adventure camp organization in Bethesda, Maryland seeks an Assistant Counselor to support Lead Counselors in creating a safe and engaging environment for children aged 3 to 16. Responsibilities include supervising activities, assisting with camper needs, and acting as a mentor. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic youth leaders who can effectively manage behavior and communicate clearly. Competitive pay between $16 and $17 per hour, plus additional bonuses for long-term work.
