Overview
Provide support to the organization’s privacy or compliance program, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal requirements. Collaborate with program leadership to enhance program operations, establish priorities, address staff needs, and help resolve cross‑departmental challenges. Respond to urgent or high‑priority situations and work with teams to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure program materials, processes, and documentation remain consistent with applicable policies, standards, and guidelines.
Assist in identifying, reviewing, and managing privacy‑related documentation or assessments within organizational repositories or tracking systems. Support the migration, consolidation, or modernization of program documentation, including developing training, communication materials, and business proposals. Contribute to program communications and outreach efforts; maintain content on team sites or knowledge‑sharing platforms; develop training resources for staff. Collaborate with IT, security, or program partners to address issues related to tools, repositories, or systems used to manage privacy or compliance artifacts.
Develop guidance materials, templates, and tools to help staff implement updated processes or best practices for privacy/compliance management. Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to prepare clear, actionable reports for leadership and stakeholders. Prepare project updates, presentations, summary reports, and other documentation to keep leadership informed of progress and outcomes. Conduct community trainings, develop SOPs, and support office hours for process questions.
You Will Do

- Lead multi‑stakeholder projects end‑to‑end (planning, roadmaps, weekly status, risk/issue tracking, UAT, dashboards)
- Conduct community trainings, develop SOPs, and support office hours for process questions.
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Minimum of ONE (1) year of professional experience in any of the following; project management, stakeholder engagement, communication (written and verbal), records management, compliance, and privacy programs
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft 365 and work management platforms, process improvement, and change management
- Proficiency with MS Office tools:
Word, Excel, Power Point - Must be local to the DC metro area and able to commute to Bethesda, MD, when needed.
- One (1) year of related specialized experience in the Federal sector, ideally Health and Human Services (HHS)
